SHAYANA
was a Legendary Healer the first Female Shaman or White Witch. Like the Great Grand Mother of all Healers. She learned to speak with Animals and communicate with Plants. Around her the medicinal cactus Peyote. In her hand she holds the great healing vine of Capi or Ayahuasca. Magic Mushrooms and Healing Herbs sprout from her head. The Snakes stand for the venom and the antidote, the Medicine. On her belly a tattoo of the Aesculap ancient sign of medicine coming from Mesopotamia. The double helix symbolises the Cosmic Serpent of the DNA spiral, and the Kundalini Life Energy.
